Our 2025 NSCC conference is fast approaching. It will be our 35th anniversary celebration and gathering in Philadelphia on September 26-28. Rich in tradition and history, Philadelphia is a marvelous city, and a perfect setting for our Anniversary.
Conference Registration
Cost: $270 per person which includes Friday night reception with hors d'oeuvres, morning and afternoon snacks, lunch on Saturday, and our Gala 35th Anniversary Dinner.
Deadline for Conference Registration is September 1, 2025.

Deadline for hotel reservations is September 1, 2025, but the sooner you make your reservations, the better. Philadelphia is a popular destination, especially during football season, and you don’t want to miss out. Camden is just across the Delaware River from downtown Philadelphia, about a 15 minute drive.
Cost: $199 per night and applies for 3 days before and after the conference. Cost includes free Wi-Fi in the room, free parking and breakfast.

Special Events
In addition to the conference events, our conference committee has arranged two special events that take place before the conference begins.
Adamstown Pennsylvania Antiquing
On Thursday, September 25 from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm we will go by passenger van(s) from our hotel at a cost of $25 per person. Adamstown is known as the Antiques Capital of the USA and has dozens of antiques shops and hundreds of dealers. One of our club members commented that she has never seen so much Shelley anywhere else in the USA. You can sign up on the registration form and enclose this amount in your registration check.
Prince Tea House Lunch/Tea
The second special event is an afternoon lunch/tea at Prince Tea House in downtown Philadelphia on Friday, September 26 from noon to 2:00 pm. Prince Tea House is located at 203 N. 9th St. We hope to carpool to this location from our hotel. Cost of the tea is $45 per person which includes tax and tip, and you can sign up for this event by indicating on the enclosed registration form and including the cost in your registration check.
Agenda
Our conference begins on Friday, September 26 with registration in the late afternoon followed by our Opening Night Reception. There will be party hors d’oeuvres, games, raffles, the Pot Show [For more information on how to enter, see the article on p. 18 of the Summer issue of the NSCC Magazine], orphan sale, and time to get ac quainted with fellow club members at this welcome event. Speakers on Saturday and Sunday include: Leigh Clark, Rochelle Hart, Lynn Porrazzo, Carolyn Keating, Ivy Guan, Jackson Ridl, Peter Porrazzo, and Dan Wilson.
Additional events include our All Shelley Sale, Silent Auction, raffle prizes throughout the weekend, Gala Banquet, and a gathering place to get acquainted and share your Shelley collection. Remember to bring photos of your favorite pieces to share with your friends old and new. Everyone is encouraged to bring Shelley to sell at the All Shelley Sale and at the Silent Auction. We will also hold our Annual General Meeting on Sunday.
